    back at the gym for the first time in awhile and started weight training 4 days a week. what i am trying to achieve is a toned body not big muscle just definition. i am 5 foot 8 inch's and weigh 70kg and carry a bit of fat around my waist. i am currently taking in about 2200 cals a day that are broken down to 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fats.what i would like to know first of all is my cal intake some way right for building a bit of muscle and to try and loose the body fat and my brake down % ok.how much cardio should i try and do as well during the week.
