I've always kept myself fit and exercised but I've been having problems with my epilepsy the past six months that my fitness levels have dropped and I've gained weight, is there anyway I can get back in control of my fitness?

Of course there is. What did you enjoy doing before when your fitness was better? What do you think you would like to do now? Is there a realistic goal you can set yourself? How is your diet at the moment?

My fitness level was quite good for me but it'd be average for others I suppose as I have low energy levels, I'd still get a good bit in though. My routine is just messed up right now along with everything else so I'll have to try and get it back together..
