Have had the piercing out nearly 5years after having it pierced for about 5-6months, the hole (while it doesn't look fresh) is still very noticeable. Is this normal given it was only pierced for a short amount of time? Also the skin where it was done looks blueish (ever so slightly) , what might this be from?

An indentation where the piercing was done is completely normal. Some may not have them, some may have very noticeable ones. I have a few and some in areas where I only had pierced for a few days.

Was the piercing done with a gun or needle?
