Can anyone suggest some exercises for strengthening rotator cuffs! Also have terrible shoulder mobility, not sure if the two are related though

Had a similar injury 2 years ago and after a few injections which are worse than the pain itself there was no improvement whatsoever so I went onto to YouTube and looked for a few exercises and there are loads on there, I was lucky enough to have a few bands and tried the exercises and I noticed a huge improvement in less than a week, I was able to raise my arm without having any pain and within a month all the pain was gone and 1 year later am still pain free...I did exercises that were for a baseball player, I cant put up a link as I'm on my phone...good luck with it.

I've seen some of those videos ok, but like alot of stuff online I wasn't sure if it was good advice or not. It was only a slight injury I did initially however.it seems to have exploited a weakness

    Here are some basic exercises.

Worth working on. It'll help you in bigger lifts.
