Pre Workout Supps

    what is everyone taking?

    I currently swallow two VPX meltdown tabs, whey and creatine shake and a coffee as I am aiming to cut

    But they dont give me the pump i used to get off noexplode.

    Problem is I workout at 0630 - trying to drink noexplode at 6am is quite difficult for me. is there any other pre workout drinks that don't have that effervescence that noexplode and others have?

    been drinking coffee so long - i drink it more out of habit than for the boost. As I think I am well used to it :(

    i'd say it wouldn't have the required pump, i have too good a caffeine tolerance. Coffee plus two VPX meltdown tabs - wakes me up. But i remember when i took NoExplode, it was another level - as were my lifts

    Bear in mind, a PWO won't make you stronger.

    If you can't lift a weight, taking a PWO won't change that.

    oh I totally agree, but it just gets me going and focused (from memory)

    I am very good at getting proper rest etc. but I know supps like noexplode do give you a great pump and an extra few percent.

    Must agree Noexplode is a great product, one of the very few pre workouts that works on me and I have tried a lot. Id stick with that

    I you aren't getting 'the pump' that you used to its probably more to do with the fact that you are cutting than whatever pre-workout you are taking.

    If its effervescence that bothers you then just let the effervescence in whatever you currently have before training subside for a few mins before you drink it

    its the whole up at 6am, leave at 6.20 to get to gym for 0630
    trying to eeeek every last bit of rest outta that bed lol

    just found body doesnt 't like me horsing that kinda stuff down first thing.

    might have to get up earlier
