Anyone know where the best place to get Hex dumbbells in Ireland? Looking to buy 100kg total ranging from 5kg to 15kg.

Also the cheapest site for supplements?

    Are you female?

A male would outgrow those very quickly, a woman probably wouldn't be too far behind.

    nice dig bro.

If all your interested in is bicep curls then perhaps yes you would outgrow them in few months, but I'm planing on doing more diverse range of exercises with them.

I'm pretty sure that was genuine advice.
    100kg breaks down as 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg x 2. Which is a very narrow range.

What range of exercises are you referring to?
Bicep curls are a pretty weak lift. So if curls would outgrow them, then that rules out cheat press, shoulder press, flys, rows and most back work, all leg work, all hip/glutes.

Maybe you rehabbing a delicate area like shoulders or rotator cuff and a narrow light range is beneficial. But people aren't going to assume this. With no other info, its probably a fair assumption that 5-15kg DBs is a waste.

Was genuine advice as Mellor says for the reasons outlined in his post.
