Hi, I am looking so supplement my gym sessions with some dumbbell work at home. It's not a standard gym, it's a rugby club gym and generally what we do are strongman exercises like prowler, battle ropes, squats, deadlifts, full body movements etc. I play rugby so always trained for it rather than static body sculpting type exercises like barbell curls, triceps etc....All I am looking for is a routine of about 30 minutes for my days off training with as few pieces of equipment as possible, I want to throw them under the bed when I am finished. Just to give you an idea of my strength level I can bench 120kg, squat 170kg and dead lift 215kg if that helps in deciding what I should get myself.

So is it a conditioning style workout or a strength based work you are looking to do?
