    Hi all,

    Read a lot about this recently and it looks great

    I was hoping to do it over 5 days as so ( not in order)

    Chest

    Back

    legs

    shoulders

    arms

    on the 2 off days just light glutes/ab/shoulder stabilily

    Is it possible to take this approach to it

    from what I gather its like so

    exercise for 6 reps
    exercise for 12 reps
    exercise for 25 reps

    repeat that circut x 3

    another circut with different exercises

    can anybosy comment or give helpful advice on this

    just to state heavy DL and squats are out of the picture due to knee issues...I go for split squats, goblets, lunges, one legged leg press etc and SLDL for hamstrings

    any comments or hints/tips very welcome, im totally alien to this type of traning but it looks great!! thanks!
