    Is there anything to be said for testosterone supplements for better results from training or is that just rubbish and only for prescribed medical conditions?

    I think you'd get better results from a proper nights sleep than from a supplement.

    Depends what you mean by testosterone supplement.

    Actual supplementary testosterone - as used in TRT and other medical treatments - it would make a huge difference.
    A suggestively named testosterone "booster". Won't do anything.

    proper nights sleep with ZMA makes things a whole lot better, in my experience but maybe more from a recovery perspective.

    although the side effect of been up all night riding from the horn it gives you probably negates any gains you make.
