gmail login- deleting cookies problem

So with this new gmail login, everytime i delete my cookies in chromes history, i have to add all 3 gmail accounts again. I tried adding [*.]accounts.google com (set to allow)to exceptions in settings but it doesnt work- it still deletes all the accounts. Any suggestions
