Just wondering if anybody has any experience with this product for rehabing/prehabing/strengthening the rotator cuff muscles? It seems pricey but I've always had dodgy/tight/weak shoulders. I have started doing more mobility work on my t-spine, scapula etc. and including shoulder dislocations, band exercises a la the Diesel Crew stuff.

    looks like a shake weight.

save the 160 bucks and carry on with what you are doing.

It's massively kooky looking.... BUT I'm kinda interested.

It's the sorta thing like to activate the deep stabilizing muscles as stabilisers rather than movers (in line with what Gray Cook preaches).

But it's so expensive for ya get and probably nothing you couldn't jig up some other way.

I think it is quite pricey. Why don't you consult a doctor and listen to what he says. I have been suggested various exercises to perform by the doctor at OrthoTexas, to heal my rotator cuff injury.

It's not that I have a RC injury, I just want to strengthen the area and hopefully injury-proof it. I would never go to a doc about an injury though, I have found them to be completely useless whenever I went in the past.
