Not getting notification of new pm

Hiya, not a huge deal, but thought I'd mention it. I'm using the touch site, and when I get a pm, I get a notification in the form of a red box with the number of pms on it. The last few days, this hasn't happened. Issue with the touch site, or my phone? :o

Good morning,

No issues that we're aware of for PM notifications. Can you try clearing your cookies and cache and logging into the touch site again please? There may be a small delay of under a minute between recieving the PM and the notification appearing on the touch site. It's not immediate.

Cleared them last night, but no change. I know there's usually a small delay, but I'm not getting any notification at all. Not a huge deal, I'm not popular enough to need notifications :pac: just thought I'd mention it.
