Poo smell

Hi, our dog (now 7 months) has a poo smell coming from her back passage for a couple of hours. She has also been licking herself more than normal for the last week or so. Could it be her anal glands? Her hair is short at her bum so there's no poo stuck there and she has also had a bath today. If it is her glands, do vets…

I had mine on cod liver oil and found it caused alot of shedding, more than usual.
