Hey guys, new baby in the house and finding it really hard to get out to the gym.

Doing insanity at home burning off the christmas excess. Just wondering is there something similar I can do at home to replace weights in the gym?

P90x seems ok and requires minimum equipment. Any other body weight videos worth checking out or is p90x it?

    fitnessblender.com

They have a range of workouts for free...plenty of strength workouts on there, as well as cardio if you get tired of Insanity.
