ordering off littlewoods

i have ordered off littlewoods for a good couple of years and never had any trouble with them until recently before Xmas,
any one ordering from littlewoods knows how it works, you pick what you want they go into the basket and then to check out, well this is where my problem starts, i get as far as delivery and i click on continue (all my details are correct) it should bring me to payments but it doesnt it goes straight back to the home page, i have emailed littlewoods a load of times and am getting no help from them, is it the site or is it some software on my laptop ?
does anyone else have/had this problem 0
