I'm on a bit of a healthy eating snap, going fine but I am really missing something like a bar I can just grab and snack on. I was thinking flapjacks but they seem to be really high in sugar. I am tracking everything I eat on myfitnesspal as ideally I would like to loose some weight. Can anyone think of anything that might be a good replacement for a bar? I don't mind baking or buying as long it is fairly healthy and not full of sugar.

My typical go-to snacks would be:

    Apple
Handful of cashew nuts/ walnuts/ almonds
    Thick slice of cheese
Homemade hot chocolate made from cocoa powder

    Make your own protein bars.
