Almost there - But hit a wall

    Ok I've lost over a stone since September and toned up a lot.

    Pecs defined now, biceps and triceps are super, obliques in nice shape, shoulders are defined, the lot.

    I went from 20mm fat on my stomach down to 5mm......but thats where Ive hit the wall.

    My lower two abs are shwoing but I cant get the rest out, there's a small layer of fat that I cant shake off. My diet is high fat, high protein, low sugar, low carbs. I go tot he gym 5days a week, normally 20-25mins cardio and the rest free-weights and machines, focusing all over my body but abs more so. Still cant get them out.

    I know this is trivial to so many, but seeing as I've come so far I want to get this last step sorted. What am I doing wrong?

    Various things out there but I can't vouch for them myself. Have seen others get results with them.

    Do some research on these and see do they make sense.

    Alternative day fasting
    Intermittent fasting
    Macro toggling
    Fasted cardio

    Lower abs are usually last to show for most people. I wonder if its more a lack of muscle rather than excess fat?
