    WHAT ARE THE RULES GOVERNING CLAIMING ENTITLEMENTS ON LAND NOT OWNED BY YOU OR WHERE PREVIOUS OWNERS HAVE PASSED ON YEARS AGO WITH NO DESCENDANTS OR HEIRS

    Were entitlements built up on the land. Entitlements were built up by individuals in reference years and are not tied to the land. You need 1 hectare per entitlement to claim each year.
    Is this land that wasn't farmed for years and the previous owner has passed away.
    There might not be any entitlement to get. Are you getting into farming. Perhaps somebody might now more about the national reserve than I do and that may be what you want to know about.
    BTW turn off the caps lock on the computer. It's a small thing but the equivalent of shouting online and it may put people off helping.
