been going to the gym not with about a month properly. kind of skipped leg days until the last two days. anyway the last day did calf raises, back squats and 45 degree leg presses. Could hardly walk after that day. lefts felt like jelly. took a 3 day rest from legs and attacked it again today. started with calf raises- that was fine. went onto back squats and my legs started to shake again (with 30kg weight+barbell in the last set).

    am I doing something wrong

hard to say with out seeing your form,

With legs you are working our biggest muscle groups so it you haven't worked them in a while you may be wobbly right after the session. You may have done t00 much the first time back in a while, take a 5 day break from legs, eat & sleep well and then see how you go.

Your legs are shaking because you did them too much too soon. You said you never did legs ever and then did squats twice within 3 days?

Use a low weight you are comfortable with until your legs are used to being worked and take a longer break than 3 days, at least until you have been doing legs a couple of weeks.
