Riding Trails in Clare/Limerick?

    I was wondering if anybody knows any good horse riding trails in Clare or Limerick?
    They would preferably not be flats and gentle slopes but also not really steep, cliff trails.
    The trails should be at least a few hours long, maybe a few days and I'll look into camping permits.
