This is weirdest thing. Normally a stable normal sleeper. Rarely would Ihave bad dream mmaybe one that I'd remember every couple of years. But just recently tryingbbeing more healthy I'd have glass of tropicana before bed. I started having these horrific vivid nightmares. I only put two and two together after I noticed that nights if I had water soft drink or milk as normal I'd be fine but any night I have oj serious tippy stuff happens.

Last night iI had most disturbing dream in Loooooong time so won't bedoing the juice before bed thing. Anyone know wwhy oj causes my nightmares? Try it see if it happens to you tall glass of it right before bed
