Queue 70's porn music and Pumpkinseeds answering the door in a towel as the delivery man tells her "I've got a big package for you".

The cheek of you, I save those 'tips' for very special deliveries;)

Despite my previous rant about it, they are still doing it!!

Chefs/cooks who say things like "just add a BIT of milk/water/wine etc. It's a fuucking liquid, refer to as such please. Say splash/spoonful/drop or even a glug.

As usual, I am open to correction, but not much.

He'll be lucky if it's only the tip of my foot up his arse if he's much later. He was in the area 40 minutes ago, I saw the van then he went off again:mad:

He must have noticed that you weren't just stepping out of the shower and decided to come back when there is a better possibility of that. :pac:

Short wheel base jeeps. I mean the bigger ones like Troopers, Pajeros, Patrols, Land Rovers etc.. Whats the point? The increased breakover angle only really matters if you take them extremely deep off road, which perhaps excuses the Defenders..
Otherwise they look strange, are not much lighter on juice, are less stable on road, worse to tow heavy loads with, and less practical in the space they offer. 90% of them are commercial which is even more annoying! Your "van" can carry hardly anything, at least the LWBs have bloody space!
They make no sense to me. And Land Cruiser owners are the biggest culprits while IMHO nothing looks more wrong than a SWB patrol.. The long ones are good enough for the Army..
The only exceptions to the rule (at a push, still) are the smaller (ish) jeeps like the Nissan Terrano or Isuzu "MU" (Opel Frontera SWB) Which looks mental. Like a little Humvee and the 3.1s pull houses down. Or my favourite "crossover", the Isuzu Vehicross.

I was gonna let this one slide, but it kept me awake last night:D. and its one of my peeves. None of the above are Jeeps, only Jeep makes Jeeps. All the rest are 4x4s, off road vehicles etc.

My apologies in advance, but it does really drive me nuts when someone tells me they just bought a new Toyota jeep....

Its like when people "hoover" the carpet:(

Well no new fridge freezer today. I phoned to find out why it was late and apparently the van broke down:confused::rolleyes: Possible but not sure I believe that.

It was your man Nevin Maguire, looking like he just made his confirmation.

Cooks great stuff, but every now and again he throws these slightly "crazy" eyes at the camera, bit creepy.

Like the one in "Orange is the New Black".....crazy eyes.

It'd make you wonder alright, they'll probably have to wait two weeks now for the replacement part to be delivered for the van so they can deliver your fridge!

Sometimes, much as it annoys me, that little rolleyes bastard is useful! :D

Queuing for lunch earlier, there was a group of guys behind me, all suits. One of them managed to elbow me twice, without any apology or acknowledgement.
After the second time, I nudged him back. Cue hurt puppy dog eyes.

The way the LUAS seems to close more stops than necessary every time time there is an "incident". For example, today there was an incident in the Heuston are, so one would assume trams would run from Tallaght/Saggart to James...but no, they are running from Tallaght/Saggart to Blackhorse. What is the thinking behind this? Are there only certain stops they can change tracks at or something? Dont those things go both directions anyway (driver can run to the other end and drive the opposite way lol)
