Hi everyone!

Building a PC (well two) for myself and a friend. I want to keep the budget around 700 dollars but there is a bit of wiggle room if there is a significant improvement available for a low cost.

His requirements are things like basic browsing/word processing, gaming along the lines of Binding of Isaac, Minecraft, and possibly a bit higher in the future, as well as streaming his content live while playing.

My own requirements are similar, except on the games front I would move more into LoL, SC2, Civ5:BNW while streaming, as well as some 3D modelling (Solidworks).

Below is what I've got so far for just slightly under the 700 euro mark with no OS. If anyone can find somewhere to take out costs at a little reduction to power, or just give general inputs, that'd be great! Cheers
