    You should look up some reviews on that juicer. I bought a Magimix last weekend and I found a couple of good reviews but unfortunately found alot more bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend it as its so hard to clean. They say to get a low watt juicer to prevent heat generation that impact the nutritional content.
    If you haven't seen the Netflix documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead then you should. Just google reboot with Joe and you will find loads on juicing. He recommended a Beville juicer I think.

    Asked around and a few people mentioned the Philips avance so going to give it a shot. Not a masticating juicer I don't think but looks like there's a decent yield.
    My dad sent me the link to reboot with joe a couple of days ago, must have a proper look :)
