Only ppv's available on the network aswell as nxt,main event,superstars etc. Raw pre and post show on the network though

I got an e-mail this morning from the WWE network to say I cancelled the sub to the network but I didn't actually cancel anything, I went into the account and clicked keep renewal just in case but still said sub is up tomorrow

Elimination-style talent shows rarely produce stars. It's just like the X-Factor, they get 15 minutes of fame followed by a lifetime of obscurity.

Anyone get an email from WWE network saying there was a problem with billing this morning? I'm not due to be billed again until mid April I think so I'm not sure why they are complaining now, plus the last payment went out fine.

April Fools possibly? Might be a "funny" way of giving subscribers a free month.

Hmmm, maybe, but it's a fairly serious sounding email if it's an April Fools. Although when I logged in, it was plastered all over it that subscribers get April free.

I emailed them anyway to find out what's going on.

Looks like I somehow signed up twice?!

I initially joined in January and didn't get charged as it was free then and in February and whatever I did in March I signed up then and they billed me in March, but the "January" account billing was due to be processed today and didn't go through.

So I now have been billed and paid but no access. They're escalating it to senior management to get sorted.

Am just glad I got to see WM before this happened!

Are you talking to them on the live chat? When the Network first launched I was double billed. I ended up getting refunded with a free month and a voucher for Wwe shop. Yanks are great at customer service so you should get sorted.

Yeah I was talking to them on the live chat. Hopefully it will get sorted soon.

Did you check you account where you charged twice last month?

They tried to take money from my account today and suspended my account but my next bill in April 16th and i was charged 2 times last month
