So am a total lazy birdy, today I took the first step in improving my health and fitness. I joined the gym. So tomorrow morning I'm meeting with a trainer, she's going to show me the ropes and help devise a training plan. I am also Starting my healthy eating plan tomorrow. Bring it on, I am determined to succeed. Just wondering, am the only lazy birdy out there

    Not at all.

Everyone has to start somewhere. Well done on making the first step. :)

Thank you stench blossom. I am so determined. I have over 1stone on the last 6 weeks due to a major change in eating habits. However as well as losing at least 2 stone I seriously need to get fit and tone up. I've given myself until june 15 to achieve this. In your opinion do you think that can be done or am I being unrealistic

I think healthy and sustainable weight loss should be no more than 1lb a week but that does depend on your current size.
