    Should I drink more water?, and or any certain food or vitamins that could help speed up the process,etc ?.

    What I did:
    I got up at 3am.(And still needed 5 hours of sleep before)
    Drank in one go.

    May someone please for the love of god please just give me a simple answer, what is better?. Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for treating extreme fog headaches.
