Westwood Leopardstown Contract

I am looking to join a gym (hands up if you're a New Year's gym joiner!), living in Sandyford. I'm very inexperienced when it comes to using gym equipment or knowing what I'm supposed to do, so I'm looking for someone to help me out, which I know a lot of gyms provide as standard when you start. I also want to go to classes as I sometimes lose motivation during a self-directed workout, so an instructor would help with that.

I looked into Ben Dunne but it just seems so crowded, while other smaller gyms didn't offer the types of classes I wanted (spinning and yoga or pilates mainly) or were too far away and I'd lose the motivation to get up and go to them! I'm now looking at the higher end gyms like WW, David Lloyd and UCD Fitness, and based on price vs what you get, it seems like WW might be the winner. Has anyone any experience with them, or would I get exactly what I need by just joining Ben Dunne?

Additionally, if anyone is looking for someone to take over a contract at WW Leopardstown (or any WW branch - AFAIK your membership allows you access to all branches?), PM me!

    Thanks in advance :)

I use Ben Dunne in cherrywood and it doesn't really get to busy. For a quarter of the price if Westwood I can't find a fault.

Thanks - Cherrywood is a bit further out from me, I'd more likely be joining the Ben Dunne in the Beacon in Sandyford if anything, which seems very crowded when I walk by! My housemate is a member there and she says she needs to get there 20mins early for a class to get a place.
