    I use a mixture of quinoa, barley and arborio rice to make risotto. Delicious:D

    Add roast vegetables to it and plenty of lemon juice. Very tasty.

    You can make lovely quinoa burgers too and make some sweet potatoes wedges to accompany them.

    Hi, I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread for this or not but anyways....
    I buy 300g of Quinoa for €2.56 in Tesco. Does anyone know of a supermarket/health food shop where I could buy this cheaper?
