    what are the best shoulder exercises to do in the gym for getting bigger.

    Make sure to do a sh1t load of high rep work for your rear delts. Will add mass and help the rest of your shoulder to not explode.

    Two best for me have been seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press and Lateral Raises. Just started doing strict Handstand Press Ups and am surprised at how few I can do. Gonna work up to 10 strict ones and see if I notice changes.

    Anything that involves lifting things over your head.

    I've also noticed that since I started doing rear delt flys I've added noticeable mass to my shoulders.

    P.s Just got the preacher curls joke
