    Why?

Sarando is very well handicapped at Warwick and ran much better than the result last time out in a much better race. Tried having 25 each way with Coral at 25s they let me have 9.25

Fintan at uttoxeter looks nicely handicapped with course form

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 196 ✭✭Clonsuttonlad

That's a good spot he's being gambled on already. Terrible quality race too easily winnable.

He s been backed in just now from 25s to 20s with PP. I'm going to guess now he goes off now bigger than 12-1

    Go Sarando!!

Last 6 runs refused, upped rider , pulled up twice, beaten a combined 77 L the other 2 times. I don't see it but best of luck with it

He is tempermental alright but very well handicapped if putting his best foot forward think he traded at about 5 last time out from an sp of 100 in a decent race at Haydock.

One other at Warwick, Minellaforlunch is well handicapped based on his fifth in an Ascot maiden hurdle and was going well when slipping up behind Creepy a few runs back. He isn't overly reliable but didnt run badly last time out, looking as if the trip stretched him. 10/1 in a weakish race. Second has since bolted up too.

    Will be following!

Killian Moore's a good pilot too which obviously is very important for these races, immense ride today in the veterans chase at Haydock.

I see Free World is running tomorrow in Warwick. He really went downhill since he left Nicholls.

Racing pretty poor tomorrow in England but I think Venetia Williams could have a few winners.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,033 ✭✭✭unitedrover

    Outbacker 12.30 Lingfield

Mark Johnston has equalled his record of 216 winners in a calendar year so a victory here would pass that total. His only runner tomorrow so certainly should be motivated to win.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 196 ✭✭Clonsuttonlad

Yeah agree with outbacker, usually big improvement with Johnstons from first run aswell.

Applejacklad 6-1 Lingfield looks way overpriced e/w steal if you ask. Don't think that Irishtears is much use.

Also gona try Leitrims Pass 3-1

    And Novabridge NAP. 11/2

    And Nassau Storm 5/2

Not as confident of these cause not gambles

    And

''Always trying'' is Johnstons motto, year right rancid to the core wouldnt back his horses with robbed money.

Luke's Benefit won the the race it's running in Punchestown tomorrow in 2011 and 2012.

I like Lions Arch and Emkanaat in 2.30

Swans horse in the 3yo Maiden 'Eric The Grey' might be worth a bet at 14s tomorrow.(2.15)
Some useful form on the flat on soft and rated 80 so may have a chance tomorrow.
Swans yard seem to be in fairly good form, and this one stood out as a bit of value in what looks an average race.

Coral offered me a max of 29 on that other horse didn't know I had been restricted until today

Put up Nassau Storm last time as NAP 9/2 returned 7/4 very very unlucky.Got 3/1 for 2.30 Lingfield. All this horse needs to win is a tiny bit of luck in running as he comes from behind. As far as I know that was my only NAP reversal of the year and im going for NAP AGAIN BIG TIME.This by far the best horse in the race and I have gone in big time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,018 ✭✭✭✭Francie Barrett

I will be on Miss Mardan in the bumper at Punchestown. A big gamble was nearly landed last time out when it was only beaten by a neck.

Gonna have a bet on him, so its either dutch gold and toast or Champagne and steak for new years!

I got word over the weekend for Bolgers horse in the 2:45 Punchestown. Yard expecting it to win

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 335 ✭✭Bangor Billy

Definitly Red is interesting in the bumper at Uttoxeter. His point form looks decent and first time out he was just beaten by Wounded Warrior who won a bumper at Navan recently. Could be a good end to the year.

Had my eye here and decided to jump in with the rest on Nassau with a decent double. Will be a nice end to the year if it comes in.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18,335 ✭✭✭✭UrbanSea

Don't like having so many bets but a speculative chance is taken on the well handicapped Adam's Island in the 2.45 at Punchestown, who was competitve off much higher marks in the past and didn't run badly at Listowel last start over hurdles when probably in need of the run after eighteen months, running well for a long way. Was only beaten 3 lengths in a Pertemps race 2 years ago by Jetson off 10 lbs higher. 22/1 today each way, he often trades lower so I'll stick an in running lay at 10

Here's some solid proof (when it happens) of the shenanigans that goes with Mullins yard and betting.
Ashjar will cruise in with Townend on board later. Price shortening all around. Ricci's fav with ruby on board drifting.

Bandit country goes in the bumper in Warwick under a penalty.
Was super impressed with his debut price is short enough at generally 5/6 so I won't be backing him with the penalty but I would be very disappointed if he wasn't able to take this in his stride!
    Looks a very exciting prospect.

Walsh advised Mullins some time back to train Boston Bob for the World Hurdle. This is his aim so I believe if he is beaten today that is out the window.I will not be having a bet but Boston Bob should win hard held if above info is correct.

He looks real quality but there is one here that is on my list of horses to follow,Too Much Too Soon 20/1.He will win a bumper but I will have a smallish bet on him today. What ever he does today keep an eye on Too Much Too Soon.

Beckwith star looks an ew steal at punchestown at 16-1 in the 1.15

Best form over hurdles. Nice weight, will relish conditions. You look at it initially and wonder why Andrew lunch is not on him. Probably on instruction from owner id say. Phillip enright has won on him on heavy.

I've had a sneaky e/w bet on Boston Bob for the World Hurdle at 12/1 NRNB

Will be interesting to see how he goes here.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,018 ✭✭✭✭Francie Barrett

    Classy performance from Boston Bob.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 711 ✭✭✭battser

Fairly easy for BB there with plenty to spare. Hurdle price drop imminent :P

Can only beat who is put in front of you but that was a nice comeback. Won with plenty in hand an jumped well.

I know he has won over three before but think Sarrando doesn't truly get it, place money today but should still be dropped a few pounds for that and could be worth a chance over 2 3/4 miles.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,172 ✭✭✭NaiveMelodies

Nice shout Urban on Sarando, e/w bean, hopefully come on for the run.

Thought that myself. Popped over them nicely. Am on for the WH myself 16-1 so will hopefully get a race out of him and he also has a turn of pace which gives him a great shout.

    Into 10's

I like the look of Madness Light in the 210 at Uttox @ 7/2.

I did a quick bet before that race at 12's on B365, into 8s there now.
