After a relatively successful 11 months in 2013 I picked up an injury one week before the New York marathon and have been off the rails since! I've decided that a half is going to be my max distance and I'm giving up on marathon attempts (that was my second attempt at New York, I lost out when it was cancelled in 2012)!

I'm going to start 2014 aiming for a 10k in Belfast at the end of the month and want to improve on all my race times from 2013 when I took part in a few races

    - Athlone 3/4
    - Rock n roll half
    - Clew Bay half
    - Titanic 25k
    - Clare Burren 10k

    Now to get stuck in!
