What happens next time it breaks beyond repair? Will the landlord ask you to pony up again?

How about another appliance? Will you cover the difference between a 750W and 850W microwave?

Threshold just confirmed the LL is obligated to provide me with a washer/dryer. I will keep their email for future reference.
