    MODS hope this is OK.

    As its at the time of year where everyone is motivated to lose a few pounds, get in shape there are a few things that would really help the kind folks here to help you out.

    when looking for advice post up

    gender
    height
    weight
    training experience
    current training plan
    your proposed new training plan
    current diet
    your proposed new diet
    how much time you can commit to preparing meals and working out

    and read the stickies.

    Tried my best to put some of the other stuff you mentioned in my thread.

    Haha to the poster above, yes, January is coming and the gyms will be packed. I almost always go 4-5 nights a week, but I just felt I needed a little change of direction as to workout and plan due to taking a week or so off during Xmas I and with the New Year coming we all try to be more motivated.

    Which is why I put that thread up, because I find boards very helpful for almost anything.
