Would it be foolish just to go with 10 players and keep Howard for a while?

4 pt hit likely otherwise, so unless new keeper returns immediately I might be better off just sacrificing 2 points. Looking at it the other way round I suppose it's a 2pt hit if the new keeper just turns up.

Boruc and Ramsey out for Marshall and Silva. Team is decimated with injuries and needed to take a hit to tide me over until the January wildcard.

That's exactly how I look at it.

    So in a shorter post.

    Manonne or Krul

Cabaye for Ramsey, or go with 4 at the back for a week and get Lukaku out? If I knew who'd play for City v Palace would prob go for it.

I'm seriously considering Lukaku out for Dzeko. If Negredo was tired like Pelligrini said then surely Dzeko is in line for a start? It's probably a decision I'll make on Saturday morning.
I just know if I transfer Lukaku out that he'll score a brace or something.

The age old problem stick with an under performing player who could click any time or get rid. Last time I sold Lukaku in GW12 he scored 2 the next week.

Whats the thinking on Walcott ahead of Ozil? Theo can be stop start and it depends who he plays against, is Ozil really that likely to be rested??

I was patient with Lukaku before and he delivered so I'll be patient with him again. He's a hit and miss type forward, some days he's a world beater, other days you're pulling your hair out watching him. I just know that if I sell him he's gonna break my heart and rack up a huge score and go on another run of form.

Ramsey out for Walcott done, team value just plummeted to 113.1m - easy come, easy go I guess. This game is about being ruthless and neither conservative nor nostalgic!

Whats with the mad rush to bring in Cabaye v Arsenal?. The only other home game they have in the next 5 is against City. Im sceptical, i considered it until i actually looked :pac:

He's started 14 games and provided attacking returns in nine of them. That's a very good stat for a player at that price.

He's playing for a Newcastle team who, while admittedly inconsistent, are sitting in the top half of the table and can give anyone a game.

They've beaten Chelsea, Spurs and United for example.

i think walcott is a must from here on in plus rodriguez is a steal for 6 mill.

Ramsey out injured. Funnily enough, I was thinking to myself today that I'd like to get rid of him. Hasn't done much as of late. I can afford one drop on him so it's not urgent. Considering a differential for the next 3 - 4 GW's rather than going for the usual suspects. I don't really like anyone in the < 7.5m range!

Ashley Young.. Seems to have nailed down his place in the United team, and dare I say it, I no longer hate seeing his name on the United team sheet.

Christian Eriksen.. People here pointed him out earlier in the season as a decent player, but then he didn't end up being played much. Two full games on the trot now puts him back on my radar, especially after todays goal.

    Thoughts? Any other ideas?

Also considering Lukaku out, he is so disappointing this season. Looking at Welbeck, Hooper, and Rodriguez.

    Decisions, decisions.

Like i said, i considered him but the fixtures arent the best coming up, City and Arsenal in next 3 games. Wrong time to get him imo but good luck.

Tbh I don't always look at fixtures directly ahead. I look at the long term.

I didn't expect much from Mannone yesterday away to Everton but he was the right fit for my team long term. He ended up with ten points yesterday.

Who expected Lukaku to get a brace against Liverpool for example?

Cabaye is the right fit for my team. I was thinking about shipping Ramsey anyway. Walcott in for Ozil was my planned next move but I was two reliant on Arsenal with 3 of their players previously.

if you plan to wildcard early jan milner would be a good one gameweek punt.

Still can't decide in whether or not to ship Lukaku for Dzeko. Damn it to hell.

3 players out already for the weekend. Could be a messy week.

Lukaku to drop tonight... Do it! Barry out for Everton too... Could be a factor!

Lads, haven't got much in the bank and bought Ramsey early.

Thinking of bringing in Januzaj and Negredo for Ramsey and Lukaku

    Thoughts?

    Team
    De Gea Manonne
    Collins Ivnanovic Gibbs Roseinor Coleman
    Hazard Ramsey Delph Yaya Barkley
    Rooney Lukaku Suarez

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,113 ✭✭✭✭eh i dunno

Mannone in for Begovic leaves me 8.5m to replace Ramsey. Already have Ozil, Yaya, Barkley and Redmond. Is Eriksen worth a punt? Or would Cabaye or Lallana be better bets

    Is Negredo out?

Did Ozil ----> Walcott yesterday in the pub. Delighted with decision after seeing the price swing this morning

This enables me to upgrade Morrisonto either Lallana / Cabaye. Any other players in this pricerange I am not thinking of?

I think he has been dropped. He now hasn't played the last two in a row.

Who will City play up front with Dzeko then? Silva behind? Is Jovetic fit?
