Now I went into my control Panel>> Edit Options >>> then unde rteh default thread subscribtion tab I choose "No email notification" and then saved my changes. This is a list of all the threads you're subscribed to. You can just click "Empty Current Folder" to delete them all, or you can edit them in groups by using the checkboxes and the drop-down menu at the bottom to change whether you get an email or not
