The house was built in the 40's and was underpinned and braced (I think that's the correct term) in the 70's the house seems fine but I would like to get it checked out if my offer was accepted. Which profession would be best to check this out for me ?…

Which profession would be best to check this out for me ? Any advice or opinions on what would be involved in a structural survey digging etc
