Fit for life Dublin 8

    Apologies if this has been discussed before. I am interested in starting running/increasing fitness levels. My sister swears by Fit for Life in Kilkenny and I would love to find something similar in or around Dublin 8....anyone able to shed some light on it?

    Off the top of my head Donore and MSB would be some of the bigger clubs in the area so would be worth a look

    I dont know the running but D8 fitness http://www.d8fitness.com/ have classes in the city centre there top quality guys there , They do kettlebells, trx and caveman. These arnt your normal gym classes these guys put you through your paces big time and the trainers seem top quality. Ive done there caveman training a good few times, Its crossfit style stuff kettlebells, Barbell work and loads more.
