Accurate bodyfat weighing scales?

    Hi folks, can anyone recommend a weighing scales that can detect bodyfat, water etc with accuracy?

    None of them are very accurate , but they will detect a trend (hopefully downward!)

    now it's say my bf is 34ish% last time I checked and I reckon it's a good bit lower (I can almost see abs).
    I reckon it's better to just go by how you look in the mirror naked, you can certainly tell if you're getting leaner, you don't need to put a number on it.

    You're better off getting it tested with calipers by someone experienced.

    Or just look at yourself naked, you'll know what direction it's heading in.
