Urgent help needed - Foreign Clearances

    As part of preparing my adoption file, I am requested to provide Foreign Clearances for any places I lived in. This includes:
    - police clearance and
    - Child Abuse clearance
    for all places I lived in in my life.

    I live for two years in the US. One year in Pennsylvania and another in California.

    I spent a good amount of time searching online trying to find what is the right place to get these clearances from the US but could not get a definitive answer. I understand that I need to get clearances from both states.

    Did anyone go through this before. Any insight on where to get these documents will be really helpful and much appreciated.
