    I don't shoot the lakes as such, but I am starting to come across them more and more in drains etc. Was out for pheasants today and came across several mallard and a few teal also.

    I know you said Mullingar, but shooting here in Kildare and not too many Ducks seen as yet it may be too mild at this stage.
