When I was small my granddad always had 'Prairie' sandwiches I thought they must be really fancy because I didnt know what prairie meant. I only asked him recently what they were and he said it was just bread and butter. There was nothing in the sandwich just like there was nothing in the prairie.

I like to chop onions up and eat them. Or just eat them like an apple. Same with tomatoes.

    I am so hungry...

Tuna and mayo. Feck off with the sweetcorn, though.

Bacon - real bacon - and cold white cabbatch. Roast beef. Stoating great ripe tomatoes as big as year head, thickly sliced. Proper, old-stype Spam from a tin.

Am I alone in finding mayonnaise (so as not to be confused with the county) is highly overrated.
So many people think you have to have it with everything or the contents are dry.
But I put the nice contents in to taste them and not just cover it with calorie packed sauce.

Ive 2 boys 4 and 6 and literally whatever there having for dinner goes on bread for a sandwich spag bol, curry, chips, pasta everything and anything. Littlest lad will also add jam to whatever else is already on a sandwich.
Turns my stomach sometimes but they wont eat if there's no bread

Chicken and stuffing with mayo. Substitute turkey for Christmas.
I'm also partial to a meatball sub with lots of cheese, jalapenos and spicy mayo.

    Many fine sandwiches out there.
