Entering skill competitions in the UK

    Hi, I am desperately in need of some information.

    Are residents in the ROI allowed to enter competitions that are based in the UK?

    The competition is based on paying a fee and answering 3 questions. Those who answer correctly are then in with a chance to win prizes.

    Everything is done online via a designated website.

    I would be very grateful if anyone can offer any information on this.
