Basically my kneecap seems to click now and then when im walking.

Its not sore at all, but it does click now and again. Cant hear it, but feel it.

Thing is I did dislocate my kneecap about 10 years ago in same knee although never had trouble again.

Should I be concerned or am I just being paranoid and old age catching up with me?:pac:

Go to a physio, you may need to do some specific regular exercises to improve the muscles around the kneecap and keep it stable.
