    hello everyone,

hope you can help me on this.
I have being suffering from hayfever for most of my life and worst of all I am a farmer. straw and hay dust mainly affect me along with concentrates being fed to cattle. I have taken cetrine, piriton and every natural tablet from health shops.
is there actually anyway of getting rid of this hayfever. should I take a tablet daily to build up my immune system?
    help!!

Taking a tablet every day will just build up a tolerance to it. I've found, as has my brother, that the older you get the more it wears off. The tablets I took I only ever took when it affected me and I often found i only needed a half tablet. Do you take them every day, regardless, or only when you need to?

I know two people who had really bad hayfever and both cleared it up with no need for anti histamines with accupuncture. Might be worth a go.

That said from what you describe it could be an irritation from all the dust you're inhaling.

If you can manage it, try not eating anything with gluten in it for a while and see if that helps.

I got one of these LED devices and it works well. Only got it after a friend got one who also found it worked well, I was sceptical at first.

you would might have to use parcel motel to get it from that seller.

Check out the tips for the hayfever sufferers thread OP.

Have you ever considered taking bee pollen? I think it has to be in raw honey from bees in your local area.

I take a tablet when I feel it is irritating me or just before I feel it coming on! I have heard of the bee pollen and cutting down on gluten does help. now acupuncture I have not tried but I might try the honey and gluten. see if It helps, never heard of the LED. Thanks very much for your replies!
