Sleeping - Toilet issue

For the last couple of months I have been waking up and wanting & going to the toilet.

Apart from annoying me it is driving my girlfriend mad as I wake her up.

Any ideas on how I can prevent this?

I try to drink nothing from 9pm onwards.

If this has just started happening maybe you should go to the doctor and get your prostate checked out.

You may have a kidney infection, I had this problem for a few years, never thought much of it until it got worse, off to doc, antibiotic, I hav'nt got up during the night for years.

I probably get up every night. My kidneys and the rest are working fine. Some people need to go for a p*ss during the night, some don't. If it's several times a night, then there might be an issue.

Are you like, giving her a boot in the head or something when you are getting up?
