Does anybody regularly do hill sprints?
Looking for a little help please.
Is there a limit on how many times a week it should be done?
Any workout ideas? ie just sprints or throw in some exercises too.
    Any other feedback?

    Thanks

I used to do them a lot.
    It was very simple.

Sprint up the hill as hard as you can
    Walk down.
Recover for as long as you need and go again
    Repeat x 10.

After you do it a few times, you can do 2 sprints in a row
    Recover
    Repeat for 5-8.

It's about Quality of effort, not quantity.

    They can be awful

I'd go along with all of the above but don't take the p*ss with how long you spend when you're getting sick. Just get sick and go again :p

All of the above. I would say quality = intensity and BTW they are the best remedy for just about everything.

What exactly are you looking to get out of hill sprints. They are a great training tool but can widely vary depending on what aims you are looking to get from this form of exercise.
