1 exercise is very hard to hit all them muscles without having an imbalance.

Bench press and pull-ups will hit them all

While i agree with you doing the same movements can get a little boring.

    Bench Press
Balance with some manner of horizontal row
    Overhead Strict Press
Balance with Pull Ups or chin ups

It doesn't need to be anymore complicated than that.

any exercise which would flex your elbow, bring your arms across the front of your chest and raise them above the shoulder.

Chicken dance? with a little bit of this and a little bit of that and feel the burn da da dada.

Bench press, dips, rows, pull ups, and military press.

I personally think the crossfit rivals even the chicken dance

Good to see the OPs got priorities in check too

The agadoo with a good diet is the number 1 way to get pecs like iron.

I'm in my opinion and quite a few others. Compound exercises are better than isolated movements,

I use deadlifts, pressup and pull up. As well as bench press , dips and up and overhead press

Oh right sorry took you up wrong, then as stated stick with the compound movements such as bench, squat and deadlifting then throw in a few assistance exercise and you should be fine

anything functional, just normal exercises but just use AT LEAST two swiss balls, and use bands instead of barbells/dumbbells, wear vibrams, tell everyone theyre working out wrong and go raw vegan.
