Problem connecting to a mapped network drive

I replaced my old modem router (Netgear DG834N) with a newer model as the old one was giving trouble. I got a new Netgear DGND3700, this is working great for me, however I have a problem with my laytop connecting (wirelessly) to my files on a mapped network drive. The address is okay as I can plug in a LAN cable and all is well but I can’t connect wirelessly (The laptop connects to the internet wirelessly). I haven’t changed anything other than the router and I can’t see what setting on the router is wrong, so can someone point me in the right direction on fixing this problem.
