Has anyone read this book or tried the diet itself? I was doing it for a about 6 months in australia when I had a routine and it was very easy to follow but then started travelling again and it faded out.

Just interested to read peoples opinions and thoughts on this lifestyle as it bosts about many health benefits like reducing risks of cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

I lost some weight on this diet with some regular excerise but the nutitrion part of it really was interesting to me and very easy to follow.

Worth a read if nobody has read it before.

Its a complete rip off of Leangains, They asked Martin to do a book for them he didn't want to so they just done their own one.

    Have you read the book?

"Watching the pounds disappear without watching what you eat"

I had good results with lean gains for months but I certainly did have to watch what I ate..

I'll be honest i've never heard of leangains I ony know of this book and it has lots of interestings articles of tests, studys and theories. Rip off or not this is the book that got me in on the diet.

A book obviously needs an opener to hook people in. If you read the book he explains all about the nutrition and stuff and its very interesting. This is not a little eat what you want and lose weight diet he explains that its more of a lifestyle choice.

And your 8 hour sleeping diet has it backwards mate ;)
